Hey there! My name is Melissa and I’m a Peace Corps Volunteer, working in the area of Community Health. I grew up in a teeny town in Northern California and ended up in Southern Rwanda in June of 2014. I started this blog to keep track of my every day goings-on, to share Rwandan culture, and to let my family and friends in on what I actually do here in The Land of A Thousand Hills.
Hey I’ll be leaving for the peace corps Rwanda on June 2 well hopefully I had my interview and it went really well hopefully I’ll get invited and make a difference in the world and being around a difference environment
Awesome! Good luck with the rest of the process! 🙂

Please let me know if we can help you with your water and sanitation projects in Rwanda. We have funding available under our Water Charity and National Peace Corps Association East Africa Water and Sanitation Program: http://watercharity.com/east-africa-water-sanitation-program
I think this could be a great partnership. I’ll write up a little something to explain really what I’ll be doing with WASH in my catchment area. Thanks for the note!
